Our goals are to build parents' understanding of their child's learning needs and help schools build capacity to serve students with unique learning needs. We do the background work, then partner with you to develop a plan for success.
EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS ALLIANCE
Services to Facilitate Success: What Makes Us Different From the Rest?
Educational Success Alliance was founded with a single mission: to help families support their children in the school system. Whether private or public school, learning needs can be scary, frustrating and challenging, in general or special education.
How are we different than other consultants? We're experts in special education (instruction and compliance) and building relationships with schools. We do this through collaboration with your child's school before and between meetings. Our approach allows for smooth, collaborative and productive meetings that focus on your child when it's time for a meeting, not legal back and forth. Many consultants and advocates show up to meetings ready to fight. Our belief is that we can collaborate to build consensus in planning, so that when it's time for a meeting, we spend that precious time truly focused on your child's plan for success. Disagreements happen, and they don't have to be contentious. Educational Success Alliance takes pride in supporting your family in a way that builds a positive relationship with your child's school, even if there are disagreements, to put building blocks in place to ensure supports and plans are appropriate for your child that you feel good about. Even if you're upset with your child's current educational situation, or don't have a positive relationship with their school, let Educational Success Alliance guide and facilitate to ensure your child's needs are at the forefront, and their needs are being met.
With over 13 years of educational experience, Educational Success Alliance has directly worked with a variety of learning needs to include Specific Learning Disabilities (including Dyslexia and reading based difficulties), Autism, ADHD, emotional disabilities, acquired brain injury and intellectual deficits. Even if a specific disability has not been identified, let's address difficulties in reading, writing, math, language, emotional regulation, social skills or executive functioning together.
